Voice Carry-Over (VCO) allows deaf or hard-of-hearing users to speak directly to a hearing person. If you are a late-deafened person who has difficulty hearing over the phone, VCO is the perfect communication solutiion for you. When the hearing person speaks to you, a Relay Operator will serve as your "ears" and type everything said to you on a TTY or text display. When you dial 1-877-826-6977, your calls are automatically handled by a Relay Operator who specializes in all types of VCO calls, such as VCO to Voice, VCO to TTY, VCO to VCO, or VCO to HCO.
